Do you have to sign into a contract?

FleetIT operate on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your contract at any time.

Do I need to download any software to use FleetIT?

No, our software is web based and accessible anywhere in the world provided you have internet access.

Do I need to install anything into my asset?

No, the system does not require any hardware. In addition, if you would like your telematics or tracking device to update FleetIT we can integrate with almost any platform.

Do you have an App to access FleetIT?

Just hold on, we will be launching an App. However, whilst you wait, the software will be mobile friendly and should adjust to most smartphones or tablets.

Do I pay in arrears or in advance?

FleetIT is billable in advance on the 1st of every month.

What if I don’t want to have a debit order run?

You can opt to pay via EFT, however any accounts not settled by the 5th of the month will be blocked for all usage until payment is received.

Do I need to capture all my current vehicle information on the system or can I upload a spreadsheet?

We would never make it that difficult to start benefiting from FleetIT. Almost all areas within FleetIT that requires multiple entries to be uploaded has been accommodated with a bulk upload document. These are in excel and the templates can be downloaded from the system. Alternatively, contact our support team and we will send them to you.
