Do you have to sign a contract?

FleetIT operates on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your contract at any time.

Do I need to download any software to use FleetIT?

No, our software is web-based and accessible anywhere you have internet access.

Do I need to install anything into my asset?

No, the system does not require any hardware. In addition, if you want your telematics or tracking device to update FleetIT we can integrate with almost any platform.

Is there an App for fleet management by FleetIT?

App loading! We are working on an app, and while that’s underway, you can enjoy the full functionality of our mobile-friendly software. Our software adjusts to most smartphones and tablets and accommodates device functionality like the camera.

Do I Pay in Arrears or In Advance?

FleetIT is billable in advance on the 1st of every month.

What If I Don't Want to Have a Debit Order Run?

You can opt to pay via EFT. However, any accounts not settled by the 5th of the month will be blocked for all usage until payment is received.

Do I need to capture all my current vehicle information on the system, or can I upload a spreadsheet?

We would never make it difficult to start benefiting from FleetIT. We have Excel format bulk-upload templates readily available from our system. Alternatively, contact our support team, and we will send them to you.

How Often Does FleetIT Update Features and Functions?

FleetIT updates weekly when necessary. Updates range from minor performance improvements and bug fixes to new features and other significant enhancements.
We will always communicate and offer training on considerable new features or changes.
